Deputy Commissioner Chris Hebberd
City of Atlanta, Department of Watershed Management
55 Trinity Avenue S.W.
Atlanta, GA 30303

Dear Mr. Hebberd,

The water hydrant on my front curb is still leaking. It continues to leak at approximately 0.33 ounces per second, measured as of today at 9:15 PM. From October 8 of this year from around 7 PM to today at this time, I estimate that just under 4,500 gallons have leaked — equivalent to just over 17,000 liters.

At your earliest convenience, I would appreciate a response to this inquiry and an explanation as to why the response time is lagging so much.

P.S. I have attached the contact information listed for Office of Communications from the City of Atlanta website and the Atlanta Journal-Constitution newspaper.
